On June 25th, 2006 Gilad Shalit was captured by Palestinian militants, who surprise attacked an Israeli army post on the Israeli side of the southern Gaza strap border. During the morning attack, two Palestinian militant and two IDF soldiers were killed and three others wounded, aside from Shalit. 3 years passed and until now, Gilad Shalit isn't here!
In my opinion, our government has to do more efforts to return our captured soldier. His family shouldn't stay quite the opposite, they should put pressure on the government. Our government must prove itself - not just talk.
Moreover, the government should give us confidence to recruit ourselves to the IDF, and give us the feeling that if something happen- there is a government that will back us home safe and sound.
In conclusion, we should do everything for our soldier that saves us and now isn't there. Now it's our turn and chance to save him and help him come back home.
