Dear Sir/Madam,

Last week I went on a trip to Pariz, organized by your company, with my family and was surprised to find that their service is not as good as I expected. I am writing because I would like to complain about the service they provided while I stayed there.

First of all, when I read about their hotel in your book hotel accomodations, and in your site I was very impressed from the caring service the guests got there. But, unfortunately, the service I got was not similar at all the description. The rooms were dirty and the room service was unsatisfactory and improper.
Moreover, despite the "friendly guide" that was described in your site, their guide was not friendly enough and his explanations were not comprehensible at all.

Finally, I am really disappointed by the service and hope for a compensation. I hope you read and relate to my complaint as soon as you can.
